About the university
Liepaja Maritime College is one of the oldest educational institutions of this type in Latvia. In 2016, 140 years will pass since Liepaja Maritime College acquired the knowledge of future ship managers and mechanics. In addition to these two specialties, the logistics specialist is also trained at the college for transportation by sea. The educational facilities at the educational institution are flexible and suitable for different levels of prior education of our students. In total, more than 1000 students study at the Liepaja Maritime College. All marine and college study programs are accredited.
