YK Business School Ltd (formerly MANCOSA Mtius Ltd) is a private company registered by the Registrar of Companies with specific aims to promote higher education in Mauritius. The company is operational as from July 2002 and has been involved in the promotion of MBA and other management programs exclusively on a supported distance learning mode of delivery. The company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with two well known program providers of South Africa, namely The Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA) and The Regent Business School (RBS). The aims and objectives of the program providers are followed and a marketing strategy put in place so as to offer the best possible alternatives to students in Mauritius, Rodrigues and the Seychelles. All programs offered are accredited by the relevant authorities in the country of origin. YK Business School operates at Belle Terre Road, Highlands. This venue is duly recognised as a training institution by the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) and the Mauritius Qualifications Authority (MQA). The local office is in regular contact with the parent offices in South Africa on a daily basis. The day to day activities are carried out by a team comprising of: a manager, a secretary, a marketing and student counselor, a finance clerk, a program officer, an academic coordinator and a research coordinator under the leadership of a principal.
