About the university
POLYTECHNICAL originally designated ISPU (Polytechnic Institute of the University), is an institution dedicated to three main areas of research: business studies, social sciences, humanities and technology; Its action occurs through a diverse range of activities, with a constant sense of interdependence between education / training, research and service for the community. The Polytechnic's mission is to promote the enhancement of educational, scientific, technical and cultural Mozambicans by pursuing high standards of quality education for their students and teaching their teachers and researchers, considering the theoretical and practical approach and professional materials. The POLITECHNICAL aims to strengthen patriotic feelings; Critically intervene in the analysis and public interests of the debate at the national and international levels; And contribute to the elimination of disparities in national development, in particular by promoting citizens' access to education and training.The basic values by which it is regulated by the polytechnic are humanism, rigor and professionalism.
