About the university
The Peruvian Union University (acronym: UPeU ) is a university private affiliated with the Seventh-day Adventist Church located in the city of Lima , Peru . Started in 1919 as an educational project that later became known as Union College, it was founded as a university on December 30, 1983 under the name of Unión Incaica University. In 1995, it changed its denomination to Universidad Peruana Union. Currently, the headquarters in Lima has 5 faculties divided into 18 professional careers. In addition to the main headquarters located in Lima , since 2002 there is a branch in Juliaca , Puno and since 2005, another in Tarapoto , San Martín.
