About the university
Poznań University of Physical Education is the oldest sport university in Poland and the third oldest in Europe. It is the only university in the region offering courses with coaches of world sport stars, lecturers with many years of academic experience and young academic teachers. A modern sport and education centre is located in the very heart of the city. The University has modernised facilities, including a sports centre with gym, an indoor cycling and aerobics room, a swimming pool with a sports recovery facility, a multifunctional stadium with a field hockey field, tennis courts and fencing halls. Almost 4,500 students study at the University of Physical Education. They are people who combine their passions with professional development. Here they develop their talents and pursue their dreams.
