Digital Communication is an answer to the rapidly changing realities of the modern world. Students of the programme acquire knowledge and skills from a pool of communication, general development, and digital modules. The curriculum covers issues related communication theory, digital humanities, language in social behaviour, differentiation of communication space, self-presentation and image building, rhetoric, argumentation, persuasion, basics of new media and cyber art, cultural knowledge, fundraising, mistakes and barriers in communication. The digital block includes content of programming, data analysis, computer science fundamentals, computer graphics and graphic design fundamentals, neuroscience or audio-visual content design. During the classes, e-learning platforms and other technological solutions will be used, which will allow students to get acquainted with modern and global standards in the field of IT. Career prospects (graduate profile): The graduates will have interdisciplinary knowledge in the field of humanities, social sciences, science and technology. Modules of education realised during the studies are adapted to the needs of the socio-economic environment, which will give the graduates the opportunity to gain job in entities belonging to various sectors (such as PR agencies, media, creative sector companies, IT sector, cultural institutions and others). The graduates of the programme may undertake employment as: stakeholder relations specialists; internal communication specialists; service/help desks specialists; UEX (user experience) specialists; knowledge management specialists; specialists in project teams; copywriters; information brokers; the Internet marketing specialists; social media specialists; webmasters.
