Lublin Higher School in Ryki

Our school was established by a decision of the Ministry of National Education in May 1997. For 16 years of its existence, it has gained recognition in the region and has created in its structures a system which provides the possibility of effective education of high school graduates in the field of Pedagogy. And although the school authorities changed in the meantime, the name was changed to "Lublin Higher School in Ryki", some specialties were extinguished and others were created, yet we always tried for high and effective education. This is evidenced by inspections from the Ministry and twice already "Positive Evaluation of the Education Process by the State Accreditation Commission" In all of its activity, the most important task of LSW in Ryki was and is to provide every student with such learning conditions which enable him to develop the necessary level of competence in effective communication with the social environment (ie, searching for employment, relations with Employers, subordinates and co-workers, the role of carer, parent and partner, and the organization and co-organization of various forms of social and economic activity, particularly at local and regional levels), thus acquainting the knowledge and skills necessary in that field and the belief in That he can use them properly. In order to keep up with developments in the contemporary world, including in education, the Senate of the Lublin Higher School in Ryki, at its meeting on 12.05.2007 on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of its existence, adopted the following content of the University's mission: Being aware of the growing needs of education, innovation, research and development and culture in a dynamically developing global information society, we will do everything to ensure that the Lublin Higher School in Ryki is the largest university in the subregion of rye, useful to the Polish nation through a rich and diverse educational offer of the highest, Quality, adapted to the present and future needs of the European labor market and the expectations of employers. The fulfillment of the mission of the University, which translates into ensuring the highest quality of education, scientific and educational work and active participation in the creation of the European educational and research area, is a duty and an honorable challenge for the entire University community.
