About the university
The state higher vocational school in Ciechanów was established by the Council of Ministers on July 24, 2001 with the strength to conduct three specialties: the Polish language with speech therapist, nursing and midwifery. In the same year he began to teach 148 students. Currently, the State Higher Professional School in Ciechanow full-time (full-time) and part (part-time) study ca. 1800 people. So far, the school has not left more than 2,200 graduates. The university offers training in ten areas: economics, electronics and telecommunications, computer science, engineering, environmental, cultural, engineering, nursing, agriculture, journalism and social communication and pedagogy. In addition, PWSZ in Ciechanów has a continuing education program, 9 offer post-graduate training. The main goal of the State Higher Professional School in Ciechanów is solid education at the level of a degree (bachelor and engineer) in order to ensure the possibility of continuing education in educational institutions throughout the country, especially in universities with which the higher vocational school in Ciechanóu works on the basis of contracts.
