About the university
Western Higher School of Commerce and International Finance im. John Paul II in Zielona Góra - Non-public school based in Zielona Góra. It was created in September 2002. In the first years of operation the college had an unshielded structure managed by the collegiate body - Senate and single organ: Chancellor and Rector, who is superior to all employees and students. The duties of the Dean were fulfilled by the Vice-Rector for Didactics. Science was taught at two specializations (international trade and real estate management). Since the academic year 2005/2006 is a one-faculty university, because within its structure was separated Faculty of Economics and International Trade, which is headed by Dean of Faculty. In 2009, the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Didactics was appointed.
