About the university
The Instituto Superior Politécnico Gaya ( ISPGaya ) is a Portuguese Polytechnic higher education institution located in Vila Nova de Gaia , created by the Cooperativa de Ensino Politécnico (Institution) in 1990 . The offer of training extends to a set of degrees , post-graduations , technological specialization courses (CET's) and "Year Zero". The latter aims to prepare students who, with the 12th grade completed, did not obtain the minimum grade in the entrance exams.
