Admission Conditions Holders of a Licentiate's Degree in Psychology may apply to this cycle of studies in Psychology leading to a Master's Degree. Seriation Criteria - 50% mark of the previous qualification - Interview - 30% Scientific or professional CV - 20% Motivation and justification Candidates without previous qualification - 80% Scientific or professional CV - 20% Motivation and Justification. Objectives ¿ Promote the acquisition of knowledge and the development of competences for the exercise of psychological practice in forensic context, at the level of (neuro)psychological evaluation and psychological intervention, namely with aggressors and victims (children, adolescents and adults) ¿ Promote the knowledge and the development of research competences in the field of Forensic Psychology, at the level of planning/execution of research projects and scientific dissemination. Recipients Holders of a Degree (1st Cycle or Pre-Bologna) in Psychology Future Studies Specialization and post-graduation programmes, 3rd cycle (Doctorate) programmes. Career Prospects Access to professional training supervised by the Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses (OPP) and subsequent registration in that order, mandatory for the exercise of the profession. Psychological practice (assessment and/or intervention) in: ¿ Court advisory teams ¿ Prison Establishments ¿ Educational Centres ¿ Residential Shelters for victims (children, youngsters, adults and seniors), Child and Youth Protection Commissions, National Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences, counselling entities in the scope of road accidents, work accidents and mental/physical illnesses. Intervention entities with families involved in judicial problems
