The Masters aims to provide specialised training for research into behavioural phenomena in a more general social and organisational context, as well as for the application of psychology to work in companies and other types of institutions, such as public institutions or NGOs. The course also prepares for professional activity in multicultural environments that characterise the reality of a large part of today's social and work environments. Further Studies Specialisation and post-graduate programmes, including 3rd cycle programmes referring to doctoral studies. Career Prospects The course enables professional integration at the level of intervention and research in areas such as organisational development and human capital management, psychosocial diversity, the relationship with the community and sustainable development, or even communication and publicity, in companies of different sectors, NGOs or public institutions, and both in the national and international context. The awarding of the professional title, its use and the exercise of the profession of psychologist depend on registration with the Order as indicated in the Statutes of the Order of Psychologists (OPP).
