Conditions for Admission To enter the doctoral program, the candidate must meet the conditions stipulated by national law and one of the following requirements: - Hold a Master's degree in Law or legal equivalent; - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Law with a minimum final grade of 16 (sixteen) or more, and show a curriculum vitae sufficiently extensive so that its admissibility may be consistently evaluated by the Scientific Committee appointed by the Scientific Council; - Hold a doctoral degree in another scientific area related to Law. Graduation requirements Have completed a total of 240 ECTS Objectives In line with the general objectives defined for the EC, the learning objectives specific to the doctorate are also the acquisition of a well-founded capacity on the part of the students for a systematic understanding of the problems concerning legal sciences, so that they are able to critically analyze, reflect on and synthesize problems in an interdisciplinary way. All looked at through consistent legal concepts that find their raison d'être in real and concrete life. It is also intended that students will be able to develop a research project with original results, either in the framework of a personal research project or in the context of a team research project based on the collaboration of several institutions, both national and international. Above all, students should acquire the ability to promote progress, through interaction with the academic community, but also in articulation with civil society.
