Since its founding in 1989, the ESAD College of Arts and Design has exemplified design and arts, training and research. A thorough and always up-to-date approach was assured by his mission: the quality of teaching. His twenty-five years of existence were intense. A broad program of events, seminars, conferences, seminars, exhibitions and meetings extended the training, the implementation of an active, reflective and critical environment in significant and evolving design areas, at the national and international levels. Knowing the role of the school as a link between civil society, industry and ESAD has established partnerships with public and private organizations, investing in innovation, led research and creative industries. ESAD produces and distributes Ania. Projects of great relevance and academic reflection and research, which are constantly published in bibliographic publications, are available on the Internet. ESAD's internationalization goes back to its foundation, always being part of its scientific and pedagogical strategy. In 1993, three years after the opening, he joined the ERASMUS program, promoting the mobility of students with Palermo's architecture of the college. Partnerships and bilateral contracts with European, Brazilian, Canadian and Israeli higher education institutions have since been multiplied, which allows mobility and exchange of hundreds of students and teachers, as well as participation in other ERASMUS activities such as intensive programs or school visits.
