About the university
The Università de la Mediterrània Campus is a project of the Town Council of Vilanova i la Geltrú, the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and the European Institut de la Mediterrània. It constitutes an interdisciplinary reference center through the celebration of courses and other activities, always of a Mediterranean dimension. It is an interdisciplinary reference center that bases its activity through the holding of courses and other activities in different fields: Society, Culture and Tourism, Environment, Information Society, Science and Technology and Economy and Business. The training program of the Campus aims to be a complement to university studies for university students as well as a tool to offer ongoing training to teachers and teachers in the educational field. Even so, their activities are aimed at all audiences.
