About the university
The University of Cantabria (UC) is a public and modern institution that is characterized by the quality of the teaching offered by its high level in the field of research and its vocation of service to society. This is how, in 2009, its strategic project Cantabria International Campus was selected by the Government of Spain as Campus of International Excellence. At the moment it offers a wide catalog of studies that includes 29 official degrees adapted to the EHEA, 36 pre-Bologna qualifications, 38 official masters, 23 official doctorate programs (11 of them with Mention to Excellence) and 78 own titles. This offer covers all areas of knowledge: technical education, health sciences, experimental sciences, social and legal sciences and humanities.
