About the university
Its history begins in 1941, when the brothers Joaquín and Antonio Garrigues Díaz-Cañabate founded the firm J & A Garrigues, which reached a great prestige during the second half of the 20th century. In 1997, after the merger with Arthur Andersen, Legal and Tax Advisors , the firm was among the largest and most influential in Europe. The current context in which professional and business activity is developed requires, professionals prepared to take on challenges in an environment of permanent change. Our mission is to be recognized as the Center of reference in the training of professionals in the legal, financial and human resources areas and to constitute an effective instrument for the exercise of corporate social responsibility of Garrigues. The Garrigues Studies Center is an entity linked to Garrigues, Lawyers and Tax Advisors and promoted with the aim of developing a set of training, study and research activities. It was born to offer the quality training that the business demands, and directed to create the best future professionals.
