Flight operations specialist (flight dispatcher) is the qualified staff who has a valid license approved by the civil aviation, who plans and implements the flight operation, monitors and controls the flight, informs the flight crew at the request of the responsible pilot or where necessary, transmits the emergency information to the required units. Flight dispatcher is one of the most responsible and best paid airline professions responsible for ensuring the planning, implementation, monitoring, management and control of all types of civil aircraft in accordance with national and international civil aviation standards. It is a highly respected task that shares the responsibility of the flight with the captain and is the brain of the office airline worked for.
