- Recruitment application
- Student`s declaration and student`s oath
- Original secondary school-leaving certificate or duplicate with an apostilled or legalization stamp and translated
- 1 color photo (3.5cm x 4.5 cm)
- English language certificate - at least B1 level
- Confirmation of payment: recruitment fee (300 EUR) + tution fee for the firts year of study
- Diploma of completing 1st degree studies - document must be apostilled and translated by a sworn translator into English/Polish
