About the university
In 1945, upon submission College Committee on affairs of measures and measuring devices at the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR of 15 June 1945 and Decision of the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR of September 2, 1945, the number 13091, Odessa College was established measurements. Odessa College measurements as basic training zaklad8 State Standard of the USSR, had their branches and educational consultation centers in the cities of Moscow, Kharkov, Leningrad, Sverdlovsk, Novosibirsk, White Church, Khabarovsk. In 1977, at the branches of the Odessa College measurements were established Moscow and Sverdlovsk higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation. USSR State Committee on Standards 20 April 1984 established a branch Bilotserkivska Odessa College measurements. According to the Order of the Council of Ministers on 1 March 1990 number 306, State Committee of the USSR on public education on April 29, 1990 № 293 "On creation of higher vocational schools" and the order of the State Standard of the USSR №406 27.04.17990 year at the Odessa College measurement was founded Odessa higher school of metrology and quality.
