Founded in 1978, Brookhaven College is one of the seven colleges of the Dallas County Community College District. Brookhaven College is a diverse, progressive educational environment enriching the lives of students, employees and community members. Brookhaven College provides affordable options in higher education, ranging from transferable freshman- and sophomore-level classes and degrees to stand-alone associate degrees, skills awards and certificates. Our classes cost about one-quarter of what the same class would cost at a four-year university. Our faculty members possess the same credentials as those who teach these classes at a university.
