Student visa

International students coming to MSSU will need to secure an F-1 student visa from a US Embassy or US Consulate. The student visa will require a visa application, passport, acceptance letter from the university, the form I-20 (issued by the school), receipt of payment of the SEVIS I-901 fee payment, proof of finances, and other supporting documents.

Accommodation

Missouri Southern State University offers several types of housing options on campus: Traditional style, apartments, suites, etc. Students have access to a full cafeteria with up to 23 meals each week, laundry services, computer labs, state-of-the-art gym/recreation center, and 24-hour security while living on campus.

Scholarships

Students may apply for a scholarship through the Missouri Southern Scholarships Office. There are merit scholarships which factor in ACT or SAT scores, GPA, or class rank, as well as a variety of Foundation scholarships through private donors.
