About the university
Nevada State College, a four-year public institution, is the fastest growing institution of higher education in the state of Nevada. Since opening our doors in 2002, we have grown to offer over 45 majors and minors and have received independent accreditation. The college emphasizes high-quality instruction, exemplary service, engaging learning experiences, technology, and innovation. NSC is located on a developing 500-acre campus in the foothills of Henderson, Nevada. The college is recently completed building two new campus buildings; a nursing and education facility, and a student activities and administration building. The buildings provide approximately 120,000 square-feet of space.
