Student visa
When a student has decided to enroll at Ohio Wesleyan University, they will need to provide the Certification of Finances, the I-20 Issuance Form and supporting documents to receive an I-20 form to start the visa process to receive usually an F-1 visa. Complete details can be found on our website.
Accommodation
Housing is required for students for all 4 years of study at OWU. There are specific residence halls for freshmen that have suite style offerings or community style rooms with shared bathrooms. We offer residence halls for freshmen-seniors and apartments, themed houses and more for sophomores and above! 97% of all students live on campus.
Scholarships
The specific amounts of scholarship money and financial aid received are different for each applicant and we work on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer full scholarships and applicants are required to show they can afford at least US$22,000 per year towards their educational expenses. Full scholarships are not available at Ohio Wesleyan and some family contribution is required each year.
