Stefan University was founded on November 3,1989 by V. Alexander Stefan, a research physicist ( V. S.-Physics), an educator( V. S.-Educator; The Open World University-KINDLE Edition); The Open World Manifesto-Novus Ordo Scientifico-Technologicus.QUALB Coeptis); a writer( V. S.-Writing; DOCTOR FAUSTEF (versus Lucifer in the Fight for Immortality of the Human Race), Google Preview), a fine art painter ( V. S.-Paintings), and a film producer (V.S.-Filmmaker). Stefan is essentially a non-campus institution of higher education. It is envisioned as a new type of higher education worldwide based on electronic technology. A division on education technologies has been established within the Stefan with the goal to promote the development of electronic information technology in higher education.
