TU welcomes international applicants who hold or seek an F-1 or J-1 visa to study in the U.S. International students may also be required to provide proof of English-language proficiency and provide a course-by-course credential evaluation. When submitting a high school transcript, if it is not in English, it must be translated by a school official before submission.

Accommodation

TU offers a range of 18 residence halls. TU also houses Living Learning Communities, which are intentional communities within the residence halls that enhance a student's Towson experience in a variety of ways. One of the communities is the Global Village Community which offers the opportunity to connect with students from different cultures and countries in a variety of ways.
