The application documents are your high school diploma and transcript, a two-year valid passport, reference letter(s) and any national or international test such as SAT or IELTS that you have taken in the last 2 academic years. Visado de estudiante

If you do need a visa, then you will require a visa invitation letter. This is an official document from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and takes about 2 months to prepare. Thus, we strongly urge you to apply early. EU citizens and some other nationals have the right to remain in BH territory up to 90 days, enough time to receive a residence permit. While you may not need a visa, every foreign national must apply for a residence permit if they seek to stay longer than 90 days.

Alojamiento

On IUS campus, there are two dormitories, one for men and one for women. However, our campus is situated about 12 kilometers from the city center, so many students prefer to find shared accommodation nearer the center. Our staff help our students in various ways to find such accommodation.

Becas

IUS offers tuition waivers for successful students, up to the full tuition fee, based on availability of grants. Local students have the chance to sit for scholarship tests as well as local waivers, to support less well off candidates from BH and the Balkan region.
