Location
Today's design and media landscape is changing at an unprecedented rate. Internet, digital radio, interactive television, film, video, performing arts, cell phones and a broad range of other handheld and interactive devices are transforming the way we experience media, exchange information, produce creative work and market products as well as creative services. The M.A. in Visual Arts and Visual Communication Design focuses on the creation and analysis of visual communication with emphasis on the new media technologies and aesthetics. Students explore the creative and cultural structures that influence how media is produced and reaches its market, as well as critically evaluate how it affects its viewers and customers. Having completed successfully the Second Study Cycle of Visual Arts and Visual Communication Design Study Program, a student acquires the following title: Master of Arts in Visual Arts and Visual Communications Design.
