About the university
Sichuan Film and Television Institute is approved by the Ministry of Education, following the Beijing Film Academy after the second so the film named full-time undergraduate institutions. College was founded in 1992 , formerly known as the Sichuan Normal University Film and Television Institute, 25 years for the CCTV, Phoenix Satellite TV and the country's 34 provincial television stations, more than 400 municipal television stations and the domestic film industry sent more than 10,000 film and television professionals. School located in the "Land of Abundance" in Chengdu, owned has two campuses Taurus and Ani, covers an area of 2100 acres. As of 2016 , the college has a general class (art) undergraduate professional 12 , specialist 17 , more than 10,000 students.
