The Fellow Programme in Organizational Leadership enables fellows – whether they are existing or aspiring people leaders in organizations – to build a research driven approach towards building successful, humanized organizations. FPOL fellows combine theory, application and research as core components in their critical study and development of new measures of leadership in organizations. This would include gauging the needs of individual organizations covered in the research work, as well as industry requirements which fellows will cover during the course of the programme. The aim is to empower fellows to develop into core resources for their organizations – with specific regard to building deployable measures that are instrumental in creating successful organizations. The programme deals with executing work processes in organizations - keeping in mind human resources, and the well-being of people working with the organization. The programme involves understanding and developing performance through innovative research in bringing about new dimensions in creating organizations that grow and develop based on critical success factors. Eligibility: * Masters Degree or equivalent across any stream, * At least 10 years of work experience or valid NET/SET/JRE/GATE/NSL RAT scores How to Apply: Send an email to info@nsl.ac.in for the application form while attaching scanned copies of the Required Documentation. However, the Research Committee reserves the right to alter the duration based on the candidate's research progress.
