Gli studenti sono tenuti ad acquisire le conoscenze e competenze di base dei seguenti argomenti, svolti in insegnamenti fondamentali: strutture algebriche di base, algebra lineare, calcolo delle probabilità, geometria euclidea e proiettiva, informatica e tecniche di programmazione, calcolo differenziale e integrale per funzioni di una e più variabili reali, equazioni differenziali ordinarie, topologia, geometria differenziale delle curve e delle superfici, funzioni di una variabile complessa, analisi numerica, fisica ed equazioni alle derivate parziali di base della fisica matematica. -l’immatricolazione è libera, ma subordinata alla partecipazione ad una prova di verifica delle conoscenze di base (test).
