About the university
The Señor de Sipán University is part of the largest Educational Consortium in northern Peru, located in the city of Chiclayo - Peru, was created by the National Council for the Authorization and Functioning of Universities (CONAFU), on July 05, 1999. The USS rise to train professionals of excellence who respond to the demands and challenges of globalized society. It began operation in April of the year 2000 with 5 professional careers . It currently has 5 faculties and 19 races. The University, responding to the demands of the knowledge society and the challenges of globalization, with resolution of Directory No. 176-2006 / USS on July 5, 2006, created the Academic Program of Higher Education Distance - Virtual in order to Provide professional training at local, national and international level.
