Donetsk Academy of the Road

The Donetsk Academy of Automobile Transport (DAAT) is a higher educational institution that trains bachelors, specialists, masters, and middle-level specialists for the automotive industry on the basis of the permission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the People's Republic of China. The Academy also implements programs for retraining (second higher education) and advanced training. Donetsk Academy of Automobile Transport has certificates of accreditation of the Ministry of Education and Science in all areas of training, specialties and educational and qualification levels. The Academy is accredited according to the international standard of the quality management system ISO 9001: 2008. The structure of the Academy includes: Faculties, College, Preparatory Department, Vocational Training Center, Center for International Education and Cooperation, Research Center for Transport Technologies, Research Laboratory "ADR" (for the transport of dangerous goods), Research Design Bureau. Training of specialists is conducted in 4 directions, 12 specialties and specializations. Graduates of the Academy receive a diploma of the state model of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Donetsk People's Republic with the appropriate qualification: "Bachelor's Degree", "Specialist Diploma", "Master's Diploma", "Diploma of a Specialist of the Middle Level", "Diploma of a Qualified Worker". Within the framework of cooperation with Russian partner universities, graduates of the Academy can pass the final certification in these universities and get a second diploma of the partner institution. The Academy is located in the center of Donetsk in its own buildings with modern infrastructure: auditoriums, specialized educational and scientific laboratories, computer and multimedia classes, a library, a sports hall. Students have access to the Academy Intranet and the Internet. At the service of students is also a student café and a hostel.
