National Polytechnic of Oran

Revised in 1970 by Ordinance No. 70-85 of 01 December 1970 under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the result of a collaboration between Algeria and UNESCO, ENSEP (École Normale Supérieure d'Enseignement Polytechnique) in Oran has the vocation of training the qualified teachers of Technical Secondary Education. Even in 1984, ENSET of Oran (Ecole Normale Supérieure d'Enseignement Technique) in accordance with Decree No. 84-205 of 18 August 1984, the School has recently been modified by becoming the Ecole Normale Supérieure d'Technological Education Oran in accordance with Executive Decree No. 08-210 of 14 July 2008 with a novelty in the extension of these training missions for the other sectors of the country. As for the post-graduate training, in addition to the courses of magister in the specialties of electronics, electrotechnics, water chemistry and environment, mechanical engineering, the ENSET of Oran has launched since the academic year 1999/2000 in science and technology, training engineering, civil engineering, physics, chemistry, French language training courses with a specific objective, and in 2006, in technology and innovation management . In addition, the DPGS (Specialized Post-Graduate Diploma) in Risk Sciences, Mechanical Manufacturing and, recently, in Maintenance and Industrial Safety, Instrumental Analysis and Laboratory Security and Internet for the Development of Distance Learning .
