About the university
The Superior School of Magistracy (E.S.M) is a public institution of an administrative nature, endowed with legal personality and financial autonomy, placed under the supervision of the Minister of Justice. The training was initially institutionalized by Law No. 89-21 of 12 December 1989 on the importance of the Magistracy and embodied in Executive Decree No. 90-139 of 19 May 1990 on the organization and functioning of the Institute The judiciary and the rights and obligations of elected officials and confirmed by the Organic Law 04-11 of 21 Rajab 1425 corresponding to 6 September 2004 important statute of the judiciary, in particular Articles 35, 36 and 37 and the Executive Decree 05-303 of 15 Rajab 1426 corresponding to August 20, 2005 important the organization of the superior school of the magistracy and fixing the modes of operation, the conditions of access, the system of the studies and the rights and obligations of the pupils Magistrates (OJ No 58, 25/08/2005). The activities of the School actually began in May 1990 with the entry into formation of the promotional promotion of pupils magistrates.
