About the university
Established in 1994, FBI began offering specialised courses in Fashion Business. Due to popular demand, a Fashion Design course was also added. Since then, the College has grown to offer a scope of 10 different course combinations of Fashion Business and Design. FBI was founded as there was a noticeable gap in specific and relevant training to succeed in a career in the fashion industry. FBI introduced Australia’s first accredited Certificate IV and Diploma of Business specific to the Fashion Industry. Now having also introduced the Advanced Diploma of Fashion Business, exclusive to FBI and the first course of it’s kind internationally. Longevity has meant that FBI has formed working relationships and industry connections across the globe and established a renowned reputation within the Australian fashion industry.
