About the university
The Haute École Charlemagne is one of the six Hautes Écoles organized by the French Community of Belgium. The Charlemagne HE is in close partnership with the University Academy Wallonie Europe (University of Liège and University Faculty of Agronomic Sciences of Gembloux) and with HE Robert Schuman. While preserving the specificities of each institution and retaining their authorizations, the objectives of this partnership are to make the most of their complementarities by intensifying exchanges and collaborations and offering students a wide and coordinated training Resources and skills. It is also a member of the Pôle Mosan and the Hora Est network (partnership of the Hautes Écoles of the Meuse-Rhine Euregio). It has several locations, located in Liège, Huy, Verviers and Gembloux. The Charlemagne HE is 2,800 students, including 250 foreigners from 30 different nations, 280 professors and 400 staff members.
