About the university
The Higher Institute of Education shall effectively play the role of an essential tool in the transformation of our society in the 21st Century as many governments and peoples of the world have continuously invested in the formation of trainers who are expected to carry out this exercise. It is in line with these trends, that the Higher Institute of Education trains students in Teacher Education (Arts, Science and Social science subjects), Human Development, Guidance and Counseling, Special Needs Education and Adult Education and Community Development for the award of Bachelors of Education (BEd.). The programs cover educational foundation courses and pedagogy in various disciplines and the various themes evoke theories, progresses, techniques, issues and problems solving in education participatory learning and related research.
