About the university
Hunan Industrial Vocational and Technical College was established in 1999 by the Ministry of Education approved the establishment of higher vocational and technical college, the school predecessor - Hunan Industrial School was founded in 1955. Is the national demonstration of higher vocational colleges, Hunan Province, the first demonstration of vocational colleges, the first batch of outstanding institutions in Hunan Province construction units. The school is located in Yuelu Science and Technology Industrial Park, Yuelu District, Changsha City, covering an area of 1031 mu, building area of 380,000 square meters, fixed assets of 678 million yuan, all kinds of advanced training equipment more than 2000 sets of equipment worth exceeding 100 million yuan, 850,000 copies. The school has 448 full-time teachers, including 168 professors with senior professors and above, the national "teaching teacher" 1, the national excellent teachers 1, provincial "teaching teacher" 2, provincial professional leader 7 People, provincial youth backbone teachers 17 people, 15 domestic scholars.
