About the university
Jiangxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Jiangxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine) is approved by the Ministry of Education to set up a full-time public institutions of higher learning, Jiangxi Province, the only one medicine college. The source of the school was founded in 1958 in Jiangxi Province, Fuzhou health school. In 1986, in order to develop the cause of Chinese medicine, Jiangxi Medical College Fuzhou Branch and Fuzhou health school part of the faculty, the formation of the Jiangxi Fuzhou Chinese medicine school. In 1998, changed its name to Jiangxi Province, Chinese medicine school. May 2004, approved by the Ministry of Education upgraded to Jiangxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. As of October 2016, the school has a total of Jiangxi East Avenue and Wenchang Avenue two campuses, Gandhi Avenue campus covers an area of 150 acres, Wenchang Avenue campus 323 acres; under the "three lines four", set up 13 vocational college; Full-time students in 12,000 people, including vocational college level of 10,000 1 thousand, secondary level of 1 thousand people
