Nanjing Special Education Teachers College is located in Nanjing , China is the only one set up to cultivate special education teachers mainly of ordinary colleges and universities . Nanjing Special Education Normal University was founded in 1982, the predecessor of the Ministry of Education founded China's first special education teacher school, the school since 1997 began to train five-year college students, in 2002 upgraded to ordinary colleges and universities.
