About the university
Sichuan Communication Vocational and Technical College is the only one in Sichuan Province, a collection of water and land transportation in one of the traffic class full-time ordinary colleges and universities, under the Sichuan Provincial Department of Transportation . Formerly known as the founder of the Sichuan Provincial School of Transportation in 1952, has five easy school name, four moved to the site, in 1992 was named provincial and ministerial level key secondary school; in 1999 was named the national key secondary school; In 2004, the college became the first in Sichuan Province through the "Ministry of Education Higher Vocational Talents training level assessment" and by the outstanding vocational colleges; 2007 (2007), the Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved the independent upgrade to Sichuan Communication Vocational and Technical College ; Year, the College by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance identified as the national model higher vocational colleges project construction units; in 2010 through the national demonstration of higher vocational colleges construction acceptance; in 2011 was named "national civilized units."
