Harbin Finance University (Harbin Finance University) is approved by the State Council set up the first domestic financial college , the school was originally under the People's Bank of China head office, in 2000 the national higher school management system reform, to the central and local To build, mainly to local management, in April 2010, approved by the Ministry of Education, upgraded to Harbin Institute of Finance, the school is located in Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province .
