College is located in Shenyang City , Liaoning Province , by the Liaoning provincial government approval, the State Ministry of Education for the record of the public full-time ordinary colleges and universities. More than 340 faculty members, more than 5,000 students in school, set up water supply and drainage engineering, construction technology and other urban construction industry related to more than 20 professional. College covers an area of 185,000 square meters, construction area of 90,000 square meters.
