When applying for admission to National Yunlin University of Science and Technology in Taïwan you should prepare all required documents. - (12) Certifications of capabilities
- (8) Health certificate (including HIV test) issued by a hospital within 6 months
- (6) Original copy of applicant’s certified diploma. Official academic records from applicants’ secondary schools or colleges/universities.
