The aim of this doctoral study program is to educate highly qualified specialists for scientific careers in security professions at the academic level (universities, AS), in public administration, and in subjects dealing with security, population protection, security technologies of information systems, and building protection. The study is unambiguously oriented academically, on an independent analysis of complex problems, work with the current state of knowledge, creation of new methods, concepts, and solutions, their verification and presentation, especially to the professional public.
