The programme is intended for graduates of bachelor study programmes focused on economics. Primarily it develops professional knowledge and skills which are necessary for managing various types of organizational units (mainly corporations and their parts). The content of individual subjects is focused on obtaining trend knowledge in the individual spheres of scientific disciplines (economics, management, marketing, trade, controlling, etc.) and the ability to apply the theoretical principles into business practice through solving case studies, developing projects, seminars, credits and final theses. The study takes into account a direction of the further development for Industry 4.0 (Company, Business, HR, etc.) – it enables obtaining necessary knowledge and soft skills required by the market – creativity, spirit of enterprise, ability to present, communication skills and teamwork, general ability of having an active attitude to the world and the ability to find innovative solutions, ability to manage risks. Common profile subjects Financial and strategic corporate management, innovations and change management Management economics Macroeconomics, microeconomics Marketing corporate management Risk management, controlling Employment The study programme ensures a versatile preparation of managers of higher enterprises of management positions: in corporate, financial and marketing management of SME, family businesses, in multinational corporations and holding structures, in commercial and production enterprises, in family enterprises, in banks, insurance companies, in small and medium-sized enterprises, in the sphere of domestic and foreign trade, in independent self-employment, in services, or in non-profit entities, in audit, accounting firms.
