he aim of the program is to prepare a professionally qualified graduate who will find employment mainly in middle and higher job positions in public administration, both central and territorial, and territorial self-government and in business, in consulting and non-profit organizations and last but not least in international organizations and EU institutions. The program is designed in such a way as to provide graduates with a sufficiently extensive knowledge of management, economics, regional development, public finance, basics of law and administration law. The main goal of the program is to equip graduates with the necessary skills for the needs of application practice. Therefore, the main attention is paid to important application subjects and mathematics is not taught. There are passages of a methodological nature in the subjects, not mathematical ones. Emphasis is placed on coherence with practice. The graduate will become familiar with regional development and administrative issues, he will be able to use the acquired knowledge in the performance of relevant administrative activities and in regional development. He will be able to use knowledge of administrative law and regional development in assessing and resolving specific cases. The graduate of the program is able to independently perform all basic activities in institutions of state administration and self-government and in EU institutions and in the private sector, in the business sphere. Graduates will find great employment possibilities in the business sphere, in the private sector, in positions where the essential content is communication with public administration institutions and preparation of documents for drawing subsidies and contributions from the state budget and the EU etc. They can also work well in the consulting sphere. The advantage of graduates will be the ability to understand regional analyses, development and strategic documents and work with them. The advantage will be knowledge of legal disciplines, which can be used in the management of public administration institutions and economic entities.
