UAPA began its academic and administrative work in January 1995 and was recognized by the Dominican State, under presidential decree 230-95, issued on October 12, 1995, by the executive branch, through which it was granted legal status And legal capacity to issue academic titles with the same force, scope and validity as those issued by higher level institutions of the same category.
