The Dominican-American Cultural Institute (ICDA), generally known as the "Dominican-American", was founded on January 26, 1947 by a group of Dominicans and Americans residing in the country in order to strengthen the bonds of friendship and cultural Of the peoples of the United States of America and the Dominican Republic.
